Rushville State Bank is an independent community bank serving the Schuyler County area since 1890. We are located at the corner of Liberty and Lafayette Streets (the Southeast corner of the Square) in historic downtown Rushville.
We're a community bank, which means that when we accept your deposits, we invest that money back into this area in the form of home mortgages for your neighbors, business loans for your merchants, education savings plans for your schoolchildren. We support our community with our

Effective January 1, 2010, Rushville State Bank is no longer participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Deposit accounts continue to be covered under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules up to $250,000, per ownership category through December 31, 2013.
